Pilates Reformer
Our classes are a great way to experience the challenge, variety and fun of the Pilates reformer. The reformer uses springs and pulleys to create both resistance and assistance to produce a strengthening and lengthening workout. Our small group classes enable instructors to pay special attention to form for each client and ensure they are practicing properly at ANY level.

Yoga Sculpt
Yoga sculpt is a yoga flow in a heated room that infuses cardio & strength along with all the mindfulness of yoga into an hour long class. This is the class for you if you are looking for an intense workout that challenges all muscle groups that will push you mentally and physically while burning mega calories! Some prior yoga experienced is recommended to get the most out of this class. Room temp: 80.
Barre Burn - Cardio
In this 60-minute low-to-moderate impact cardio class, we elevate the heart rate using hand weights, an accelerated pace core series and your favorite muscle-lengthening and strengthening moves at the Barre and on the mat. Find your strength, balance and cardio workout all rolled into one at Longevity Barre Cardio! Room temp: 75.

YOD programming is designed to hit every aspect of your physical fitness, while creating mindfulness, and awareness of your body. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, speed, power, endurance, agility, coordination. Satisfying the needs that the world of physical fitness is in search of. The perfect compliment to physical fitness, or your yoga practice. Feel your muscles burn during the workout, feel your mind & body at peace by the end of class. Room temp: 85-90.
Pilates Reformer- Jumpboard / Cardio
The express lane to calorie-burning cardio fitness! Cardio-Pilates is a fast-paced Reformer workout that keeps your heart rate up while building and toning your body as only Pilates can. This heart pumping class is low impact and easy on the joints. Special emphasis is on the Reformer's Jump Board to keep students in constant motion and energized from start to finish. This class is best suited for students who have had some prior Reformer experience.
Yoga / Barre Fusion
This class is a fusion of Barre and Yoga. We will utilize a basic yoga flow to help warm up the body for our barre postures. Combining yoga and barre will assist in giving long lean muscles, along with the intensity of a barre workout. This is a total body workout geared toward strengthening & toning the physique for a lean sculpted look.
POP UP! Gentle Pilates Reformer Class
In our Gentle Pilates Reformer class we move clients through challenging beginner and intermediate exercises, spending extra time on needed modifications. This is a beneficial class for any Pilates student!
Vinyasa Yoga
An all levels class that is a mindful combination of Vinyasa Flow (breath-synchronized movement) and holding static poses. In this class, instructors will support yoga practitioners in all stages of their practice. Expect a well-rounded practice that includes a warm-up, a combination of strength, balance & flexibility building postures, standing & seated postures, a exploration of arm balances and/or inversions, concluding with a cool-down and a final resting pose (savasana) and/or guided meditation. Room temp: 75-78.
